Access Your PC From Your Mobile With KTF’s SHOW myPC
KTF(Korea Telecom Freetal) has launched a new innovative mobile service “SHOW myPC” in Korea which lets you access your PC via your smartphone from anywhere using the 3G network. The new service is capable of viewing MS Office documents, pdf files, live audio-video streaming of media content from your PC and much more, now you don’t have to worry about the limited memory in your memory card.
This service can only be utilized in smartphones and available at a flat rate of 7,000 won (7.51 USD) per month i.e users can stream unlimited mp3s,video files etc. The icing on the cake is that the service also provides 500 Mb of online storage space to store favorite files without having to turn on your PC.
Key features:
- Uploading/Downloading
- Open documents for viewing and editing
- Image slideshow
- Music and Video Streaming
- Search functionality
Hopefully, other networks will develop similar mobility solutions, as I’m certain there’s a demand for more services like this.
