What Are You Planning For Halloween?
I have to admit that I’m not much of a Halloween party animal. I don’t think I’ve actually been to a Halloween party since University.
However, Halloween is less than two weeks only a few weeks away so if you’re looking to promote your Halloween wares then now is the time to do it. That’s why I have to commend Halloween Express for ordering this review to raise awareness of their site.
Halloween Express is a Halloween chain in the United States, offering a wide selection of Halloween merchandise. Since 2004 the company has had an online store, and is able to draw upon the buying power of 140 retail stores to offer a very wide range of items. The store of course is open all year, just in case you are looking for something special for a fancy dress party.
I had a lot of fun just browsing through Halloween Express’ site, and the low prices really hit home to me how much cheaper the US than the UK. For instance, check out this very sexy Gangster costume which costs only $49.99. If I was still living in America I’d be tempted to buy this costume for a girlfriend, regardless of whether it was Halloween or not! Much cheaper than buying some lingerie, and definitely more fun
Halloween Express also has a wide selection of more traditional Halloween costumes which are nicely organised into Adult Costumes, Kids Costumes and Hats&Wigs. If you’re a real Halloween nut and you want to go all the way there are even costumes for pets! I’m really not sure if anyone who does this should be locked up, but the superdog costume looks pretty cool.
One nice touch on the site is the automatic generation of other related products. So, if you’re looking for his ‘n’ hers costumes then this is easy to do. Finding costumes is also easy as quicklinks to popular categories like Disney, Rocky Horror, Marvel Comics etc are included within the main navigation.
All in all, Halloween Express is a very well laid out site, and if I were still in the business of building shopping portals I would definitely try and sign them up as a partner. I’ve just spotted that they’ve even got a UK site now, so if I’m ever in the market for a funky costume I’m definitely going to check them out.
Got any crazy Halloween stories? What’s the silliest outfit you’ve ever worn or seen?

halo 3 and halo 3 all the way. I want to rack some multiplayer action as Xbox live will launch in India with the release of HALO 3.

Is Halloween on a different day than in the states?

“Halloween is less than two weeks away”
Damn October has flown past, so was Halo 3 worth skipping the Dating Direct bash for?

Being too old to enjoy Halloween in a Cape and Fangs, I’ll just content myself spilling blood in Manhunt 2’s visceral new PS2 offering.
Really, guys, you should try it. The snuff element is more entertaining than trick or treating.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a costume party too, but may have one coming up - I’ll certainly check these out if I’m in the market!
