		<description>I use shoutboxes on my sites to good effect. The pages get sticky and people keep coming back- even to post nonesense. I even remember some folks flirting.

Digg can improve on their shoutbox by just keeping it on the main page and nowhere else. Ramming it down indvidual accounts can tee off many folks. Like myself.</description>
