Looking For A Cost-effective CRM App? Try AIMpromote

AIMpromote

It’s been a while since I had to complete a review ordered by SponsoredReviews, so I was surprised to see a review request sitting in my inbox from AIMpromote, a CRM application. AIMpromote is an on-demand web-based software application to manage the handling of sales leads. It is essentially a CRM, but is focused particularly on handling leads. There is also the ability to sell leads (lead aggregation business).

I come from an ISP background and I tend to automatically cringe whenever I hear CRM or Customer Relationship Management mentioned. For me it’s almost on a par with other ‘business’ phrases like ‘deep dive’, ‘think out the box’, ‘blue sky’ etc etc. Personally I find that making sure agents are probably trained can deliver more benefits than providing them with better tools and software. However, I have seen instances where companies have been able to close sales and handle customer queries better by being able to correctly route calls to the correct teams.

This is where software like AIMpromote can help. AIMpromote in particular appears to offer an impressive number of features for a very low price of only $33 (3 user min required). Given how cheap the dollar is currently, I’m sure many businesses can afford $100 to get access to features that aren’t available in more expensive applications, like:

  • Tracking Return on Investment and other financial KPIs
  • Managing user access rights
  • Telephone support
  • one-2-one training

If $100 is too much of an ask for you without a free trial, then this is available in the form of a 14 day free trial which gives access to the full product. Unfortunately the free trial requires full credit details, so if you are not happy with the software then don’t forget to cancel the service if you don’t like the trial or you will be automatically be charged. It also requires phone details and users are warned that they will be called once the trial is started, which I really think is annoying.

But, I guess it’s to be expected from a CRM company who excel in not letting leads get away!

  • You could also try Tactile CRM it is only £6/month for the basic paid version which supports up to 3 users (that's about $12/month). There is also a free version for people with 2 users or less. Check out http://tactilecrm.com
  • Yes, too pricey for the benefit involved. I believe I'll mosey elsewhere

$100 is expensive. I would recommend for sales individuals or organizations give us a try at PipelineDeals. We are priced at only $15 per user per month with the first 30 days free and only month-to-month contracts.
