Well the solution has already been created to stop clandestine tracking of your movements. I guess the key is to carry a GPS jammer around with you at all times.

btw the device does record how long its standing still or when the vehicle stopped at a certain position. so yeah it could actually track cheaters. That’s how the murderer got caught. the tracking device record that he was at an abandon warehouse for 3 hours.

Hmmm… some mobile services already offer a similar feature whereby you can find exactly where someone is by dialing some codes to their network provider. No need to fuss about batteries.
