Need More Responses For The Site Survey

I recently joined a new ad network, and while they are profiling my site they are displaying a survey link.  Until I have 200 responses, I won’t be eligible for any targeted campaigns.  If you have a few mins, can you please help by taking the survey.  I will share the results will all readers.  Thanks!
