Wooden Block Masquerading as a Clock

Okay, here’s a novelty that should attract dames to you dull workstation.
Turn it off, and this curiosity sits like a regular block of wood. But plug it into an AC and wow, LED lights display on the side- magically floating on the long side of the block. Squint as much as you’d like but you’d be hard pressed to identify the lighting system as you turn the device on and off. It just blends well onto the non-descript face.
Magical appearance aside, it’s easy to set this novelty. There’s a regular time adjustment knob on the back as well as the power adapter jack. If you want to spend cash on the chance to spike up workstation conversation, be ready to fork out $379. Quite hefty a fee charged by Takumi for a chameleon toy.
So… what do you think you’re going to use it for?

I’ve seen this clock around and there are definitely more affordable version of it. I’ve seen some for as little as $49.

That is pretty snazzy. Definitely way out of my price range though!

This is amazing, however for over $300 I think I’ll stick to my watch! I think it should be battery powered as the wire coming out kind of spoils it.
