Getting BACK in Shape – Part 2 – SparkPeople.com

Amongst many of the several motivational items to get me back into shape, many of the dozens of Web 2.0 fitness sites have been included. Prior to this Web 2.0 boom, I was forced to rely on many of the lackluster fitness sites, that even included subscription fees. Presently with the boom, here are several of them:

  • DietTelevision – http://www.diettv.com
  • Traineo http://www.traineo.com
  • FatSecret – http://fatsecret.com
  • Fitday – http://fitday.com
  • WeightLossWars – http://www.weightlosswars.com
  • Gyminee – http://www.gyminee.com
  • The Daily Plate – http://www.thedailyplate.com
  • Inpowr – http://inpowr.com
  • RunFatBoy – http://www.runfatboy.net
  • iTrainHarder – http://www.itrainharder.com
  • Skinnyr – http://www.skinnyr.com
  • Gimme20 – http://www.gimme20.com
  • MyFoodDiary – http://www.myfooddiary.com
  • FitSync – http://www.fitsync.com

Granted, I haven’t tried all of the above, but I have tried a few and I personally don’t see how any of them can compare to www.sparkpeople.com.
