That is amazing, I grew up in the Sega vs Nintendo generation and I was always a Sega Boy so I am going to love playing all the old games.

Haha. It was the same for me in the 90′s when I was in my teens. I use to love going to the chip shop during lunchtimes and play on the arcade machines they would have. Streetfighter, Mortal Kombat and games like that. Brings back good memories. How I yearn for those days.

Sega didn’t mess up the Dreamcast. Sega America did. At the time the announcement to drop the console business the Dreamcast was still holding well in Japan, and actually held the majority of games based on anime especially in the genres of puzzle and date-sims. The Dreamcast did very well in Japan, but America was never ready for it.

The same applied to the Sega 32x and the Sega CD. It was too much for people to handle so soon, and failed. Sega didn’t fail…America just couldn’t keep up and took their time getting to where we are now. Think about it, 32x came out at least a year before the Playstation did, and all you had to do was add it to your existing Genesis. The only failing factor was that it required buying the lump and extra parts for new players.

I agree with many that Sega makes really great games, but has failed in making game systems. The games on that site are very fun. I really liked the Brain game.

Sega could be big player in console but the mess up everything with their Dreamcast. Maybe they’re only suit to become game maker.

SEGA games are nice but I personally remember (and long for) some of the games that came just before Sega. Now they may not have been as fancy as the Sega games but I think that they had just a little more “gameplay” which I feel it totally lacking in games today (well at least in many of the games that just try to “look good”).
