I know virtual desktop computer prank. I did “Prtscrn” without any open internet and other programs, and then I delete all the desktop icons then replace the wallpaper by the image I print out. It looks funny.

GUI's are meant to bring a more intuitive interface…not necessarily a quicker interface. If you want speed and reliability, use keyboard shortcuts and cli tools.
If you want something you can glance at and get the gist of, use a gui.
I would shit a brick if I had to open my media player every time I wanted to skip a song, or move my mouse all the way to the top-left to show desktop, or any other number of things I've hot-keyed. And no media keys aren't the answer. Those are a PITA most of the time

I agree with Goran, but without a robust infrastructure for managing virtual desktops, companies/individuals simply end up multiplying the number of machines they are managing.It can help enterprises realize dramatic improvements in security, management and mobility, but only if it is integrated into existing infrastructure and processes.

I think that virtual desktops make manging your work on your pc much easier, but you have to make sure that you have a good machine with the right size ram and processor to manage running this.
