I use justin.tv and it works very well – you also don’t need to download any software.

There can be problems with buffering but the quality is generally good and you get some games with English commentary.

The quality can be quite good, particularly for the big games. It’s about as good as an analogue signal on a plasma i.e. a bit grainy, but still good.

That’s bloody brilliant I didn’t know you could do that!
As it is P2P streaming what is the connection like? Does it have much of an issue with buffering etc?
