Facebook was launched back in February 2004 and became the biggest social media network with over 200 million registered users. As of April 2009,rumors had it that the exact number of users can be as close to 280 millions.
When there is a network this big I personally believe it’s really important to provide users with the best tools to make things really easy. FireFox and Twitter provides such tools that allows you to get your things done without installing any third party software. With their small add-ons they really make a big change and promises to make lives much more easier.
Recently I have found a new Facebook add-on for Firefox that helps you save time by making it possible for you to download an entire Facebook Album with just a click of a button. FacePad enables you quickly download Facebook albums to your computer. It is not limited to your own personal profile only but you can also download almost any photo album you want, including albums of friends, events and groups.
Once you have added the add-on to your browser, go to back to facebook login and you will be able to see an extra link that says “Download Album with FacePad” when ever you right click your mouse. Simply click it and download the entire album of any Facebook profile.

FacePad is an excellent extension that I’m definitely going to add to my list.
