Indaba Music is an online community and suite for musicians which allow users to upload their audio tracks from their PC or record tracks over the phone and use Indaba Music’s web-based audio editor to give them that crazy touch by editing, mixing and looping.
Recently, they have announced a new version of its online audio production tools which is based on JavaFX. According to the company this update will add the ability to record tracks using popular operating systems such as Windows, Mac and Linux.
In addition to that users will also be able to record tracks directly to the internet and share projects with other users so that they have mix and remix. Indaba Music works like GarageBand and offers a pre-built set of loops, ready for people to quickly mock up songs.

Since it is powered by JavaFX, users get a much refreshing interface that works the same anywhere, plus the ability to drag audio files to and from your desktop makes it much easier to use.
Free users can record and save a limited number of session but if you pay $10 per month you get up to 10B of online storage and an unlimited number of projects.
The new version of Indaba Music will be availble to general publich next month (July 2009)
