Windows 7 News Is Looking For New Writers

If you haven’t heard of Windows 7 yet then you must have been living on a different planet this year.  Windows 7 is due to be launched on October 22nd and will replace Windows Vista.  I setup a new site, Windows 7 News, before the official name was set (at the time Windows 7 was only the codename like Longhorn was the codename for Vista, so I got very lucky here!) and with Martin’s from gHacks assistance the site has become the number one source for Windows 7 News.

The site now receives nearly 1m unique visitors per month and is still growing rapidly.  We are looking to add to the Windows 7 News editorial team to help sustain this growth.  Not only will you become an important part of a vibrant and rapidly growing site, but you will also get paid for your posts!

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be interested in Windows 7 and Microsoft operating systems in general
  • Read all the news about Windows 7 as soon as they come out
  • Write interesting and compelling articles
  • We are particularly interested in editors who can write ‘how to’ and modding guides
  • Have proven writing experience

Interested?  Then send an email to jointheteam@windows7news.com with samples of your work, preferably about Windows 7 (or another Microsoft OS).
