Unlike its competitors though WizeHive adds task management options such as the ability to create tasks, set a completion date, assign tasks to yourself or others and so on. You can even have people view images (or any other file for that matter) bound to specific messages.

The highlight of WizeHive is that for each workspace you create it allows you to create separate customizable databases too – think of the organizational benefits! Contact lists and events (e.g: meetings etc.) can now be neatly stored and called upon when needed (at the time of writing I haven’t explored the other benefits yet – but those that I have mentioned were a breeze to implement!)
