I would suggest using a company called Altitude Digital Partners. They are a full service ad rep firm. They work with some top publishers and networks to monetize the web. They were really helpful and always paid on time, nd will get the best CPM rates!

lol thanks for this! I used them once ages ago and I just logged on to have another look, and spotted they owed me $600 because I hadn’t entered my payment details.

I’m not keen on the service, because if an ad is unsold then there is no way of showing an alternate ad as far as I can see
