I have recently learned a great way to copy/paste more than just one text item at a time via Addictivetips. There are times when you are gathering information from the internet from various sources. Sometimes it may take a lot of time for you to copy and paste all the useful information from each website one by one. I’m sure most of you guys have not felt this difficulty in the past and it’s probably because you didn’t know that you can actually copy/paste up to 10 text items at a time and that’s possible with TenClips.
An easy to use software that gives you the power to copy multiple clipboards from anywhere you want. What’s great about Tenclips is that it lets you customize everything according to your preference. In addition to that it also replaces the traditional paste/cut in Notepad to remove text formatting.
The software is just 128Kb and can be downloaded from this link.
Once installed, the application will sit in Windows taskbar. It will display the numbers for you to easily figure out which specific text item you have saved on it. You can save up to 10 clipboards at a time and copy/paste multiple text items and even customize the hot keys yourself to make it much more easier to use.
The process is quiet simple. You copy the text the way you always do i.e with “CTRL + C” and paste it using “CTRL + V”. Now to copy multiple text items you will ten slots to save. If you’re using the hot keys that came along with the software then you will need to use “CTRL + 1″ to copy your first text clipboard. To switch between numbers use the CTRL button and press any number you want to save your next text item on. For example I want to save the next text
item at position 6. All I need to do is hit “CTRL + 6″ and copy the text using “CTRL + C” and paste using “Ctrl + V”. Everytime you change the location for your next clipboard Tenclips will display the number in the task bar.
To customize the hot keys simply right click on the number, click “settings”, change the shortcuts and click “save”.

Tenclips provides an excellent service that promises to make “Copy/Paste” feature much more interesting for you. Let us know how you found it using the comment box below.
