I was totally honest and open saying "I used to use the text-link-ads program to sell links, these have been gone a while now. Also I did some <a href="http://reviewme.com" rel="nofollow">reviewme.com</a> reviews and have got rid of those paid links". I think I submitted it on a Tuesday or Wednesday and by Friday night of the same week my PR jumped up to 5 and a couple of weeks later back to a 6.
