Evernote is an organizational program that lets you take a lot of notes, no matter what form those notes are in.
Evernote’s slogan is “Remember everything” and that is exactly what Evernote helps the user do. To get started however, one must go through the short and fast process of registering for a free account. Once that is done and settled, one can go to his/her Evernote page and access his notebook, where all the notes are stored:

The user can write text, attach media, store whatever information is possible in this note. When done, simply click ‘Save and close.’ When you go back to your notebook, you will see all your notes:
