Today, Facebook is one of the largest social networking websites out there. Countless people log on to their Facebook account to check their messages, share information, and connect with people. Personally, I check my Facebook updates every three hours on average. I do this either by using my internet browser or my iPhone. Of course checking for updates yourself can not only be time-consuming but also time-wasting since I do not have any new updates each time I check my Facebook page.
For that particular problem, Notifications is the ultimate little solution.
Notifications is a messenger for Facebook. It notifies the user if there any updates to be checked on their Facebook account.

That is how Notifications looks like while running. The first four tabs include information from the user’s profile page; the last tab is the one opened by default and displays notifications, if any, of updates on your Facebook page.
Notifications also has a transparent floating window which you can place anywhere on your desktop.

You can enable or disable this window to appear; you can also adjust its transparency levels.
Right clicking on the Notifications icon in the system tray, you can access and modify various settings:

The user can set the time interval after which Notifications checks Facebook for updates. The user can also change the sounds for every notification meaning, you can set one sound for a new message in you inbox and another message for your pokes.

There has been a need for a freeware Notifications-like freeware ever since Facebook came online. Finally, something is here to make Facebook even more enjoyable.
