John: “No I can’t make it then.”
Max: “Then how about Saturday?”
John: “No man, Saturday isn’t good either.”
And the conversation goes on and on until John agrees to a date when he will be available. Would it not be super-convenient for Max to just give John his diary, with all the available dates marked? John could then see the available options and pick a date for himself.
Now expand the John-Max situation to over many people. It becomes exponentially harder to schedule meetings/parties at times when everybody will be available. As in the previous case, it would be much simpler if one could distribute a schedule and every member chose the available times. The date common for everybody could be decided as the date of the event.
WhenIsGood does just that.

Click on ‘Get Started’ to be taken to a page like this:

Now click on the times/dates suitable for your event. You can set the duration of the event as well (from 15 minutes, 30 minutes, and 60 minutes, or the entire day) from buttons located on the top left. Naming the event is done by entering the name in the bottom most text field. You can also adjust the zoom level of the times by the slider located on top.
Once you are done, you are given a code to save:

And then a link is provided to you to give to other people so they can mark their availability as well:

It really is just that simple! The people you give the link are shown your schedule and they can mark their own availability and drop their name in as well, so you know who specifically is free at what times.
WhenIsGood is an innovative web service that can be made use of by anybody who is planning any event.
