Tiscali LLU Plans - dual pricing strategy?

Tiscali yesterday made posted details on their 2005-2007 plan, which included some interesting information on their Local Loop Unbundling (LLU) plans:

Committing EUR90m/£61m to LLU in the UK over three years

Broadband under a tenner: UKonline launch £9.99 512Kb ADSL

The UK broadband market went through an important psychological barrier today when UKOnline cut the price of its uncapped 512Kb service to below the magic £10, well £9.99 per month to be exact.

Broadband Deals: Telewest increases blueyonder 256Kb to 512Kb at no cost

I only discovered this change this morning on the Digital Spy Forums. In Mid May Telewest will be increasing the speed of its entry level 256Kb product to 512Kb, with the price remaining at £17.99.

Telewest signs partnership with Zero Knowledge Systems to provide online security

UK Broadband Market Share Over 40%

In the latest statistics released by the National Statistics office 41% of connections were found to have an always on connection, as opposed to 22.4% 12 months earlier.
