Replace Gravatars With MyBlogLog Images

This will hopefully be my last rant about MyBlogLog.  As I mentioned earlier this week, MyBlogLog can automatically add images to your comments if a user is registered with MyBlogLog.  Unfortunately, the code only works if the commenter leaves a url.
