Tiscali LLU Plans - dual pricing strategy?

Tiscali yesterday made posted details on their 2005-2007 plan, which included some interesting information on their Local Loop Unbundling (LLU) plans:

Committing EUR90m/£61m to LLU in the UK over three years

Broadband under a tenner: UKonline launch £9.99 512Kb ADSL

The UK broadband market went through an important psychological barrier today when UKOnline cut the price of its uncapped 512Kb service to below the magic £10, well £9.99 per month to be exact.

Broadband News: Easynet will launch ADSL2+ services in 2005

Easynet announced last week that they will carry out a trial of ADSL2 and ADSL2+ technologies allowing speeds of up to 24Mbps, with the full launch of services in before the end of 2005.
