Starbucks To Sell MP3s As Well As Coffee

In what I think will be a very smart move, Starbucks are looking into selling mp3s.

It recently opened CD burning stations at its coffee houses in five US cities and found that customers linger longer as a result.
'That experience can go anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes as they continue to browse and listen and [...]

Tidy Up Your iTunes Album Art

I've just found a new tool for tidying up iTunes Album Art.  Just upload your iTunes XML file to Artie, and this site analyses which cds
you're missing album art for. It then gets all the covers from Amazon
and displays them all.
It doesn't automatically add the art, that has to be done manually so if [...]

Search for MP3s Online - New Free Tool

One of the problems with classical music is I like it but I don’t know a lot about it, so I can never buy CDs. One of my friends was in the same boat, then he came up with a good idea to make at least one classical compilation CD that he likes - [...]

MediaMonkey can fix tags and album art with information from Amazon, Freedb, CD-Text and Allmusic. Tags can also be manually edited.
It also syncs with popular media players like iPods. Apparently it [...]

Phew it’s been a very hectic week. The new site design is finished (although I bet I won’t be able to stop myself fiddling with it!) and I hope you like it. I still need a bit of help customising My TagCloud so if there are any XML experts who can spare 10 [...]

Download JHymn - Play Music Purchased On iTunes On Other MP3 Players

JHymn is quite a cool little application. It removes iTunes DRM restrictions without any loss of sound quality and also converts mp3 tracks from AAC to mp3 so that they can be played on other players.
There’s just one catch - it doesn’t work with iTunes 6 but they are working on fixing this. [...]
