Judge Revokes Microsoft MP3 Ruling
There were a lot of relieved companies yesterday after a Federal jury dismissed all 19 of the claims made by Alcatel-Lucent, declaring that Microsoft didn’t infringe their patents. The previous ruling was made against Microsoft who were ordered to pay a whopping $1.5bn.
Glad to see that common sense prevails sometimes.
