Fixed Final WordPress 2.3 Errors

Sorry it’s taken so long, but I think I’ve finally fixed the annoying ‘Table ‘connecte_wrdp1. wp_post2cat’ doesn’t exist’ errors that kept popping up. The culprit was the Extended Live Archives plugin that generates my funky archives page, that relied on WordPress tables that no longer exist.
