NEC are launching the the NEC N908 in the autumn in Asia. It’s an ultra-small cell phone, about the size of a credit card, that also manages to include Bluetooth, a 1.3 megapixel digi-cam, SD Card slot from which it can play both audio and video content, and even stereo sound speakers.

Over the last couple of months Nokia, in my view, has regained its position as the top mobile phone manufacturer, launching great devices like the 6630 and 6680, and with more great phones in the pipeline like the N91.

According to this site (in Swedish), there will be a P1000 announcement soon. Sony Ericsson need to get something out soon as they are falling behind in the smartphone sector. Expect to see features likeWi-Fi, 3G, 2MP+ camera, lots of storage etc

I personally splashed out on a 6630 in December after becoming frustrated with the UIQ interface on my P900. I was happy to forego being able to make video calls in return for the sophistication this phone offered.
