Sony update PSP BIOS to stop hacking
Well after praising Sony for allowing hacking, they’ve just released a new PSP firmware to prevent “unauthorized†software from being run on the system.

UK PSP launch date to slip again?
Sony previously stated that they were putting back the European PSP launch so that they could meet demand in Japan and Europe. Given that 500,000 PSPS were sold in the States in 2 weeks I’m worried the date will slip yet again …

Interesting article on Gizmodo, about how “PSPcasts†can be setup on the PSP, downloaded over BitTorrent, converted to PSP-playable format and uploaded to a docked PSP.
This will allow PSPs to carry along newscasts, TV episodes etc
